SUD Program Lead - LCDC
Description
The SUD Program Lead is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality substance use services for individuals with substance use disorders, while providing guidance, support, and direction to the program staff. The role ensures the effective implementation of evidenced based interventions, treatment and contract compliance. With these goals in mind, the role ensures positive client outcomes while also assuring acceptable productivity by all staff members. The lead will work directly with all clients referred by TDCJ, and local community partner's including but not limited to CPR, probation and parole. The Lead will also safeguard and oversee program compliance, clinical competency and overall efficacy.
Key Responsibilities:
The SUD Lead oversees program staff, monitors day to day operations to maintain compliance with agency policies, state regulations and licensing standards. They will facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, conduct evaluations as well as comprehensive SUD assessments. The Lead will assure a collaborative continuum of care with our community partners, monitor both staff for clinically sound documentation and client engagement. In additions they will participate in quality improvement measures, provide staff supervision, quarterly file self-audits for each center and occasionally crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute behavioral or SUD challenges. By integrating clinical expertise with valued leadership skills, the SUD Lead supports the clients, the staff, and the program effectiveness.

Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications:
Valid and current Texas Drivers License, Valid and Current LCDC in Texas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Multiple years experience in the SUD field.
