Job Description: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing/Digital Brand Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting Beacon Financial Credit Union's brand, products, and services across various social media platforms. You will work closely with our executive team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness. Must be willing to relocate to the Tri-Cities area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Beacon Financial Credit Union's brand and services.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with management to align content with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategies.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and influencer partnerships.
• Represent Beacon Financial Credit Union at events and in online communities.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to create a brand story.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Passion for financial literacy and community engagement is a plus.
