Interior Designer/Project Manager

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Designer/Project Manager who shares our passion for creating elevated, thoughtful interiors. This is a wonderful opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the design process—from concept development to installation—and to grow within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our design team to support the coordination and execution of ongoing projects

Source and obtain quotes from vendors, track orders, and manage project documentation

Schedule and oversee deliveries, installations, and on-site styling

Measure existing site conditions and assist with project fieldwork

Prepare client presentations, mood boards, and material selections

Maintain and organize our sample library and manage product samples

Cultivate strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and workrooms

Anticipate project needs and proactively support the design team
 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience at an interior design firm

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

Keen eye for design, color, and proportion

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Solid understanding of project management and design documentation

 

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience
