Annual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
Crotched Mountain School is seeking a dedicated IEP Special Education Case Manager to join our team and make a lasting impact on students' lives. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Principal to ensure high-quality, compliant special education services.

Our expansive campus features hiking trails, lakes, an Olympic-sized pool, a media center, a bowling alley, and a panoramic library — all designed to help students thrive socially, academically, and emotionally.
What You'll Do:
- Provide oversight (not implementation) of IEPs and triennials while monitoring for compliance
- Act as liaison to families, school districts, area agencies, and vocational rehab services
- Stay current on special ed law and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Special Education or related field (required)
- Valid NH Special Education Certification or ability/interest in obtaining
- No experience required as a case manager - will train!
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Strong experience and understanding of IEPs
