IEP Case Manager

IEP Case Manager – Special Education

SHNH, Crotched Mountain School - Greenfield, NH | Full-Time | Exempt | Year-Round

Annual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 

Crotched Mountain School is seeking a dedicated IEP Special Education Case Manager to join our team and make a lasting impact on students' lives. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Principal to ensure high-quality, compliant special education services.

Nestled in the beautiful Monadnock region of New Hampshire, CMS offers a therapeutic and adventure-based learning environment for neurodiverse learners. Our expansive campus features hiking trails, lakes, an Olympic-sized pool, a media center, a bowling alley, and a panoramic library — all designed to help students thrive socially, academically, and emotionally.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide oversight (not implementation) of IEPs and triennials while monitoring for compliance
  • Act as liaison to families, school districts, area agencies, and vocational rehab services
  • Stay current on special ed law and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s in Special Education or related field (required)
  • Valid NH Special Education Certification or ability/interest in obtaining
  • No experience required as a case manager - will train!
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Strong experience and understanding of IEPs
