We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Platform Directors in driving platform transformation initiatives. This role will provide hands-on experience in documentation management, strategy development, research, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will play a key role in maintaining organization, consolidating ideas, and contributing to the success of platform projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills in strategy creation, business case development, and market research while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.

As an intern, you’ll play a meaningful role in delivering innovative digital learning products that empower students and educators around the world.
This is a 10-week summer internship starting end of May 2026 and is a remote internship. Candidates need to currently be pursuing a degree within the United States.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and organize platform documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Develop and execute a Confluence page strategy to clean up and streamline documentation across teams.
- Assist in creating professional PowerPoint presentations for strategy discussions and business cases.
- Consolidate ideas and research into clear, actionable documents.
- Conduct market research to support decision-making and drive platform initiatives.
- Gather insights and data to inform strategy development and business cases.
- Attend meetings with Platform Directors, take detailed notes, and document identified next steps.
- Ensure follow-up actions are clearly communicated and tracked.
- Support the creation of strategy presentations and business cases that align with organizational goals.
- Document project details and ensure alignment with desired outcomes.
- Work closely with Platform Directors and other teams to support platform transformation initiatives.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation across projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation tools is a plus.
- Ability to conduct research and synthesize information into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively

The pay range for this position is between $18-$20/hour, however, pay offered may vary depending on degree pursuing, knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
