What We Looking For:
We seek a results-driven Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO, SEM, and hospitality content creation to spearhead our digital growth. The ideal candidate will craft and execute data-backed SEO strategies, optimize PPC campaigns, and leverage analytics to maximize performance.
You'll create compelling restaurant-focused content across all digital channels while implementing high-converting retargeting strategies. Working closely with our external digital agency, you'll ensure technical SEO excellence. This role requires tight collaboration with Sales and Business Development to generate quality leads through strategic video production, email marketing, and targeted digital advertising campaigns that both attract and nurture customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
Private Traffic Channels: Email, SMS, App Push Notifications
- Establish sending rules, timing strategies, and customer segmentation
- Monthly performance tracking (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates)
- Optimization based on data analysis
Online Advertising Management & Analytics
- Manage and execute campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM platforms
- Generate monthly performance reports for internal evaluation
- Continuous optimization based on ROI analysis
Marketing Content Production & Localized Operations
- Create marketing materials and ensure proper implementation
- Develop social media strategies tailored to local markets
- Execute localized market operations and community management
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product or new feature launches.
- Write clear and persuasive product messaging that fits our English and Chinese customers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product and sales.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to find new opportunities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through data-driven campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and product positioning
- Hands-on experience in lead nurturing, conversion strategies, and marketing automation to optimize the customer journey from awareness to retention.
- Skilled with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
