Regional Shared Services Manager

Buffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler founded in Birmingham, AL more than 123 years ago. The Regional Shared Services Manager’s primary duty is managing and directing the Administration, Marketing Equipment, and Fleet, Safety, Security and Facilities (FSSFC) teams located at multiple franchises within a region.

·         Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position. Position is required to work all hours necessary to ensure operations function is fulfilled, including nights, weekends, holidays. Travel may be required.

·         Supervising the Administration, Marketing Equipment and FSSF teams across franchises.

·         Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, rewarding, and disciplining subordinate employees, and making recommendations with regard to promotions, demotions, and other changes of status.

·         Establish and monitor all metric objectives.

·         Ensure accurate processing of the P & L and General Ledger.

·         Maintain all franchise security and compliance with corporate security policies and procedures.

·         Managing the Administration operations function.

·         Monitor all EOM inventory and accounting procedures.

·         Monitor all accounts payables within the franchise.

·         Monitor all accounts receivables within the franchise.

·         Maintain and monitor franchise key controls.

·         Champion functional IT support to each franchise and lead in communication with issues as they arise.

·         Communicate with Regional Vice President and sales and operations departments on all relevant issues.

·         Communicate and monitor all franchise and corporate policies and procedures.

·         Assist with special projects.

·         Ensure all daily Administration operations are completed in an efficient and profitable manner.
