  • Support our quarterly performance and feedback cycles and contribute to tools and resources that make it easy for leaders to develop their teams.
  • Pitch in on special HR projects that stretch your skills and expose you to new areas of the business.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A strong communicator who’s curious, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable balancing detail work with creative problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy, especially in Microsoft Office (and ready to learn HR systems).
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and energized by a collaborative, dynamic work culture.
  • Above all—someone who’s motivated, kind, and enjoys finding the fun in work.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

  • Broad exposure to the entire HR function, including Talent Development, Recruiting, HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits.
  • Hands-on project experience that connects classroom learning to real-world HR impact.
  • Mentorship from experienced HR professionals who genuinely care about your growth.
