M&A Analyst/Associate

Intern M&A Analyst and Associate positions with potential for full-time positions, working directly with highly experienced M&A professional at boutique NYC based merger and acquisition advisory firm focused on family, founder and entrepreneur owned companies in the middle market. Seeking self-starter with strong financial, accounting, research and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include industry research, developing marketing memoranda, financial modeling, and developing target lists of prospective strategic and private equity investors, and supporting principal in all aspects of deal process from origination through due diligence and closing. Undergraduate degree and one plus year of prior relevant work experience and background in finance, accounting and/or consulting preferred. Series 7 and 63 licenses and Masters in Finance or MBA a plus but not required.
