Flag Football & Landsports Instructor / Camp Counselor – Summer 2026 in the Berkshires!

Camp Danbee is hiring Flag Football & Landsports Instructors to join our dynamic Athletics Team for Summer 2026!

Located in the scenic Berkshires of Massachusetts, Camp Danbee is a traditional overnight camp for girls that combines athletic growth, confidence building, and lifelong friendship in a spirited and supportive community.

As part of our Landsports Program, you’ll coach and instruct campers in Flag Football and a variety of other field sports — such as Basketball, Softball, Soccer, and Volleyball — while helping girls develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and self-confidence.

Competitive or coaching experience in flag football or other team sports is strongly preferred.

The Role

You’ll hold two meaningful roles during the summer:

• Program Instructor – Teach and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons in Flag Football and other landsports. You’ll introduce skills, run drills and games, and create a positive athletic environment where every camper feels valued, included, and empowered to improve.
• Cabin Counselor – Live in a cabin with 10–12 campers and two co-counselors. You’ll serve as a mentor, leader, and role model throughout the day — guiding campers through all aspects of camp life, both on and off the field.

Salary starts at $2,300 (college freshman level, with increases for each year of college)
