EliteOffer Showcase is a national athletic development and recruiting organization helping student-athletes gain verified exposure, college visibility, and scholarship opportunities.
We’re expanding a first-of-its-kind network of Football Showcase Directors who will run professionally branded, turn-key events powered by Pro 7 systems, rankings, staff, and resources.

This is a limited-territory opportunity, we’re filling one Director role per state (some regions may allow two) and allowing qualified leaders to claim up to 4 states max.
Once your state is claimed, it’s closed.

Your Mission

Host official Elite Football Showcases across your territory, identify standout athletes, and finish the season with a Regional “Best of the Best” Combine supported by EliteOffer Showcase.
You’ll lead locally - we’ll provide the infrastructure.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Securing facility dates (Spring-Summer) within your territory
  • Promoting locally through schools, trainers, and coaches with our support
  • Running the showcase with our verified-testing format
  • Delivering the closing recruiting seminar to athletes & families
  • Reporting results and top performers to HQ for combine selection

Ideal Candidates

  • Former coach, trainer, or athletic-program leader
  • Passionate about mentoring student-athletes
  • Self-motivated and community-driven
  • Comfortable networking and managing small-event logistics
  • Able to pass a background check

Compensation

  • Revenue-Share / Commission Model
  • Earn per-athlete registration + 100% of any sponsors you secure
  • Typical Director earnings: $2,500 - $5,000 + per showcase
  • No upfront investment or equipment costs
  • Unlimited earning potential based on the number of events you run
  • Paid Travel to yearly combines
