Position Summary

The Administrative Support Intern will work directly with HiTouch’s administrative team, which drives all aspects of our event management operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about project coordination, live event logistics, and client service. The intern will support daily administrative workflows and play an active role in day-of event operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HiTouch administrative team with project coordination and client communications.
  • Manage shared inboxes as requested, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Track and collect client and vendor deliverables to meet production timelines.
  • Provide day-of event support, including setup, guest greeting, on-site coordination, and breakdown.
    • Attendance at client events is required unless otherwise discussed in advance with a supervisor.
  • Help organize, label, and maintain event inventory; track and update counts regularly.
  • Complete and report on assignments through HiTouch’s project management system, providing updates on progress, status, and completion.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications

  • Open to college students, recent high school graduates, and participants in internship or workforce development programs.
  • Interest in event production, project management, or marketing coordination.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
