About Us
Alicia K Designs is a San Francisco-based coat-check and event staffing team providing reliable, polished service for private events, galas, weddings, and corporate functions across the Bay Area. We’re expanding our team for the busy fall/winter event season and looking for dependable, personable staff to join us!
If you’re friendly, organized, and love the buzz of live events, this is a perfect flexible side job for students.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and check in coats, bags, or personal items professionally
- Organize and tag items efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized coat-check area throughout events
- Interact with guests courteously and represent our brand with professionalism
- Assist event coordinators or venue staff as needed
- Return items promptly and accurately at the end of the event
Who You Are
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Friendly and professional under pressure
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working nights/weekends
- Reliable transportation to venues in San Francisco (BART / Muni accessible)
- Prior hospitality or event experience = a plus, but not required

Schedule & Commitment
On-call or scheduled shifts, primarily evenings and weekends
Most events last 4–6 hours
