Laboratory Technician

Job Description: 

Plexision is a CLIA certified clinical laboratory, specializing in state of the art, offers cell-based testing for personalized assessment of rejection risk in solid organ transplantation, and also develops cellular biomarker for personalized diagnosis and drug development in solid organ transplantation and immunological disorders.  
Plexision is looking for a Laboratory technician who is responsible for participating in daily operations of the laboratory. The duties includes receiving, accessioning and process of blood samples, perform cell culture assays, prepare reagents, maintain and follow standard operating procedures, monitor and assess QC results, understand and follow biosafety practices for handling blood specimens, Recording and reporting specimen data, maintain inventory and laboratory cleanliness and  other duties when needed.

Job Requiremnets:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology, or related field, basic experience in cell culture, handling blood samples, data analysis, and computer skills is preferred; Candidates must be flexible for working on shifts, generally Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday shifts.
