Hawksnest is looking for friendly, dependable staff members for our upcoming 2025/2026 Winter Season!

We are looking for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME employees and need both weekday and weekend/holiday availability! We offer HOLIDAY BONUS PAY, competitive wages, and employee discounts in our cafe and gift shop!

 

Available Positions for Hire:

  • Snow Tubing Attendant: The Snow Tubing Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and positive experience for all guests using the snow tubing hill. This includes assisting guests with equipment, maintaining tubing lanes, monitoring hill safety, and providing excellent customer service in all weather conditions. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour.

 

  • Gift Shop Cashier: This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with the sale of winter-themed gifts and seasonal items, and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and supporting daily store tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, seasonal environment and enjoys working with a diverse customer base. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour.

 

  • Ticket Sales Associate: We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our front-line guest services team! As a Ticket Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for guests—helping them purchase tickets, check in, and enjoy a smooth and safe tubing experience. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour.

 

  • Cafe Staff: Be part of the fun at Hawksnest, a lively, family-friendly winter snow tubing resort, as a Coffee Shop Team Member! In this role, you’ll serve warm drinks, snacks, and exceptional customer service to guests coming in from the cold. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and upbeat individuals who thrive in fast-paced, seasonal environments and enjoy working in a team-oriented, guest-focused setting. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour + tips.
