Position Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated, personable Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients move better, feel better, and live stronger. You’ll manage your own caseload, collaborate with experienced clinicians, and have opportunities to develop niche skills (sports rehab, golf performance, aging athlete programming, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse orthopedic and post-surgical caseload.

Create and progress individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.

Collaborate with other PTs, PTAs, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes and clinic flow.

Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and occasional community outreach or wellness initiatives.

Accurately document all patient interactions in EMR in compliance with payer and state requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Michigan.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with a patient-first mindset and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with evidence-based practice and outcome tracking.

Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a busy outpatient environment.
