Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, reporting, compliance, and training. You’ll work closely with HR professionals across the Americas gaining exposure to global HR practices.

- HR Reporting & Analytics
- Compliance & Policy Support
- Training & Development
- Consulting and Collaboration with local HR and management
- Collaboration on leadership skills of employees
- Use innovative and established approaches to develop HR Instruments (e.g. Onboarding) and instruments for HR Standardization
- Organization of Assessment and Development Center, Workshops, Coaching, Trainings
- Project Manager with medium strategic importance and support of HR projects with high strategic importance
- Strategic Partner to the managers
- Supporting the organizational development of Röchling Automotive
- Change Management (operative)
- Other Job Duties Assigned
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or related field
- Systemic Coach certification is a plus
Experience
- 1+ year in HR Generalist or Development roles
- Exposure to leadership development, change management, and labor law
- Intercultural experience in a global company
Technical Skills
- Basic SAP experience (SuccessFactors, Workflow, Invoice)
- Familiarity with compensation & benefits concepts
