Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical guidance and support to staff nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Staff Management: Supervise, coach, and develop a team of nursing staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and improve patient satisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including medicine, rehabilitation, and administrative teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Requirements:

License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
