INTERN – SOFTWARE ENGINEER

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Contribute to Nintendo’s Digital Marketing team on the development, integration and maintenance of our flagship GraphQL server that powers Nintendo.com
- Partner closely with backend developers and DevOps to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions
- Work on key initiatives to bridge data from backend services
- Develop new features and aid in the maintenance of existing applications
- Support internal tools and frameworks
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
- 3.0+ GPA
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with a graduation conferral date between May 2026 and June 2027
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Familiar with web frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue and Node.js
- Familiar with front-end web technologies (JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, and/or CSS)
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with software development skills and understanding of modern web technologies to develop web applications
- Able to articulate technical challenges and solutions effectively
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work 40 hours a week onsite throughout the course of the 10-week summer internship between June 15 – August 21
- A completed Internship Questionnaire following application
