COVA Physical Therapy
Curated Outcomes for Vitality and Active Lifestyles
At COVA Physical Therapy, we help people move freely and live fully. We are a boutique, cash-based practice focused on personalized care, science-driven performance, and long-term vitality.
We’re expanding our team and seeking passionate professionals — Physical Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Personal Trainers — who want to be part of a collaborative, innovative environment where clinical expertise meets lifestyle health.
Our three core programs include:
COVA Women’s Health: Empowering women through all stages of life—from pregnancy to menopause—with expertise in pelvic health, strength training, and bone health.
COVA Dance Lab: Providing specialized care for dancers through injury prevention, pointe readiness, performance training, and recovery sessions.
COVA Longevity: Our Human Performance Lab uses VO₂ max and metabolic testing to optimize cardiovascular health, energy, and endurance across all ages.
We believe in autonomy, collaboration, and purpose-driven care. Team members are encouraged to build their niche, lead workshops or small group sessions, and contribute to a culture that values connection and results over volume.
Priority is given to candidates with demonstrated expertise in a specialty area—through board certification, exemplary athletic or dance experience, or a proven record of program creation or leadership.
