Active registration or license in good standing in California 

Associate Therapist (AMFT) 

Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW)

Flexible hours, supervision (if pre-licensed)

Strong communication skills, clinical judgement and empathy

Ability to work independently

Ability to maintain timely, organized, and accurate documentation

Understanding of ethical and legal responsibilities 

Comfort using telehealth and EHR

Flexibility and reliability in managing a caseload 

Interest in co facilitating or leading groups or workshops

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, & families (in person and virtually)

Maintain consistent caseload (minimum 10 per week)

Complete intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans in required timeframes

Attend supervision (if pre-licensed) and team meetings

Collaborate with other clinicians and referral sources as needed

Participate in occasional trainings 

Uphold confidentially and comply with BBS practice policies

Professional Liability Insurance 

Minimum of one year experience with registration if pre-licensed 

w-2 employee position

hourly rate based on license status and experience:

• Pre-licensed $50 per billable therapy hour
• Licensed $100 per billable billable therapy hour
