My name is Greg Page, a mortgage loan officer with over 25 years' experience. As a way of reaching out to the community, we are producing an 8x10 glossy postcard that will be mailed out to 5000 homes and businesses in various zip codes around the country.

In addition, we will also be purchasing Meta ads on both Facebook and Instagram in the area, specifically designed to promote business.  We contract with Dayna Mancini-Simmons, of the marketing company Obsessed With Success, to help promote our clients on the Meta platform.   We use social media buying opportunities like Carousel Ads that appear in multiple placements across Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Meta Audience Network. 

By co-oping our advertisers’ dollars, we make it easier and less expensive for the business owner! We handle the print and social media advertising, allowing our clients to spend their time running your business

The fee is $595.00 per mailing, with no commitment or contract. We take the businesses information, create a proof, and upon their approval, we add it to the card.

As a thank you, we will also include them on www.TheWelcomePages.com for one year, a $395.00 value. We market this in real estate offices and hotel lobbies and have a heavy presence on most social media platforms.

This is a strong commission-based position, with a residual each time the client renews.
The position can be face to face presentations to local business owners which is preferred but could also be done through telemarketing.
