Resurrection Wellness Co- Business Intern

Resurrection Wellness is a community-centered wellness brand focused on holistic tea blends and health empowerment. We’re seeking a motivated intern eager to learn the inner workings of a startup and support high-impact business operations.  

𝗧𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲, 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱:  
- Be detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
- Communicate clearly and professionally. 
- Stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Enjoy problem-solving and process improvement. 
- Be collaborative, coachable, and open to feedback.
- Have interest in entrepreneurship, small business, or retail.
- Be local to the Inland Empire area for regular in-person involvement.

 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Maintain simple P&L statements to track revenue and expenses
- Organize inventory spreadsheets for raw materials and finished goods
- Research, vet, and manage local suppliers and service partners
- Track and report on sales and inventory trends
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, receipts, and cost control
- Support business operations tied to website and social media (pricing, promotions, customer insights)
- Standardize procedures and templates for repeat business tasks
- Participate in hands-on projects such as pop-up shops and logistics support

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀  
- Pursuing BA/BS or MBA in Business, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or related field
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Prior work, internship, or project experience helpful, but not required

𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻  
- Hourly wage or stipend (to be determined).
- Flexible 10–20 hours per week.
- Eligible for course credit or internship endorsement.
