Lead Generation Intern

About the Role:

As a Lead Generation Intern, you will play a key role in identifying and connecting with potential customers, research partners, and collaborators across industries that can benefit from AI-powered solutions.

You’ll support our sales and marketing teams by building prospect lists, qualifying leads, and developing outreach strategies — all while learning how AI companies position and sell cutting-edge technology in the market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients or organizations that align with our AI solutions using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or industry databases.
  • Qualify leads based on industry, company size, and technology adoption levels.
  • Build and maintain detailed lead lists and ensure accuracy in the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Support the creation of personalized outreach messages highlighting how AI can solve client pain points.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand product value propositions and translate them into outreach strategies.
  • Track campaign metrics and assist in analyzing conversion rates and engagement data.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the overall lead generation process and help identify new market opportunities.

 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills — comfortable with data and online tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, or emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Notion.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Work Details:
