Duration: 12 Months (Probationary evaluation after the first 3 months)

Position Overview:
Poseidon Holdings is seeking talented instrumentalists, audio engineers and music producers for a remote internship position. This role focuses on creating instrumentation for our label's artists, completing audio engineering (mixing/mastering), as well as developing individual works for a variety of industry applications. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic music production environment, contributing to high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with label artists and production teams to create innovative music instrumentation.
- Develop individual musical works for use in various industry contexts.
- Support music production processes and contribute creatively to label projects.

-Complete audio engineering, such as mixing and mastering. 
- Assist in the organization and virtual maintenance of production sessions and materials.
Ownership and Compensation:

During the first year, this position is unpaid on a salary basis. All music created during the internship is owned by Poseidon Holdings. After a probationary period of three months, we will discuss potential splits and credit arrangements on future works produced post-training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Music Production, Sound Engineering, Music Composition, or a related field (but not limited to these majors).
- Proficiency in music production software such as Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or similar platforms.
- Strong instrumental or audio engineering skills, with an ability to integrate diverse musical styles.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities in a remote setting.
- Passion for music and a proactive attitude towards expanding industry knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating virtually with musicians and producers in educational or professional settings.
- Basic understanding of the music industry's production and distribution processes.
