Step Into Tech: A Pathway Forward Spring 2026

In partnership with the Cisco Networking Academy, UNITE-LA presents Step into Tech, a PAID OPPORTUNITY providing pathways for justice involved/impacted individuals 18-28 that live in Los Angeles county into careers in tech.

Step into Tech is a 2-part program, part one is a 6-week program that meets via Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am - 12:00pm. Part 1 launches March 17th and continues until April 23rd.
 
Eligibility Requirements:

 - You must identify with being justice involved or justice impacted.
 - You must be 18-28 years old.
 - You must reside in Los Angeles County.


Step into Tech includes:

- Participants Receive Hands-On Introductory Training in Networking, Cyber Security, and Data Science.

- An Opportunity to Earn a Lifetime Certifications in a Tech Pathway.

- Get Paid to Learn! Stipends Available for participants that successfully complete the program.
