About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day rhythm of our company while maintaining control over our financial and HR functions. The right person will have a sharp mind for systems, people, and numbers someone who can keep the business running smoothly, lead by example, and make sure our accounting and HR stay accurate and compliant.
This position is ideal for a hands-on team member who understands how small businesses operate and appreciates structure, detail, and accountability. You will work closely with the Managing Director to execute company objectives, improve processes, and strengthen internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Direct daily business operations to ensure smooth performance across all departments
Manage company finances, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Supervise HR administration including hiring, onboarding, benefits, and employee records
Support the Managing Director operational insights and strategic recommendations
Maintain vendor, client, and stakeholder relationships
Manage office systems, digital tools, and physical assets (Champion New Technologies)
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations, finance, or management role
Knowledge of QuickBooks Pro and general accounting principles (Preferred)
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Capable of supporting desktop and web IT systems
High proficiency with CRM Tools, like Salesforce and HubSpot
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
