About Anadyr Horizon
We create decision infrastructure for the age of strategic surprise. Our Agentic Systems Intelligence (ASI) runs millions of high‑fidelity simulations to surface hidden escalation pathways, giving national‑security, finance, and insurance leaders time to act when minutes matter. Fresh off our AI+ Expo debut, backed by the strongest mission-driven VCs, and featured by Business Insider and NDTV, we’re scaling fast to meet growing demand. About the role
Design clear, trustworthy interfaces for complex simulation outputs, helping decision-makers see escalation pathways, trade-offs, and time-sensitive alerts at a glance.
What you’ll do
- Discovery & framing: Partner with customers and domain experts to map jobs-to-be-done and decision workflows.
- Interaction & viz: Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for timelines, network maps, confidence/uncertainty, and scenario builders.
- Design system: Extend a lightweight system (tokens, components, states) in Figma; document patterns for data-dense screens.
- Validation: Plan and run usability tests; iterate quickly with PM/engineering; hand off production-ready specs.
- Narrative design: Craft crisp microcopy and visual hierarchy that communicates urgency, risk levels, and provenance.
What you’ll bring
- Prior design co-op/internship; strong portfolio with complex data or analytical tools.
- Fluency in Figma; comfort collaborating in GitHub/JIRA/Notion-style tools.
- Understanding of information architecture, accessibility, and uncertainty visualization.
- Systems thinker who can simplify without hiding caveats; mission-driven and user-obsessed.
Impact
You’ll make sophisticated analysis legible and actionable for users who operate under extreme time pressure.
