RDI is a nimble, full-service CRO focused on accelerating in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) development. We bring together 
clinical sites, physicians, and our own CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited lab to help diagnostics innovators run 
smarter, faster studies. As part of our growth, we’re seeking temporary Kitting Technicians to help restock and 
assemble patient collection kits that support ongoing clinical trials.
 

The Role

RDI is seeking a Lab Support for a temporary assignment to assist in day-to-day lab production tasks. The primary responsibility will be capping aliquot tubes used in diagnostic research studies. This is a focused, hands-on role that requires a high level of cleanliness, attention to detail, and consistency.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Cap aliquot tubes following established lab procedures.
  • Separate and organize uncapped tubes and caps prior to assembly.
  • Handle materials carefully to avoid contamination, the rims and interiors of caps and tubes must not be touched or breathed on.
  • Wear gloves and maintain proper PPE throughout all tasks.
  • Turn away from work surfaces and tubes if coughing or sneezing to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain an organized workstation and clean working environment.
  • Communicate any issues or process concerns immediately.
  • Support other lab prep or clean-up activities as needed.
