Position Summary
We are hiring a General Manager who is moldable, motivated and eager to hit the ground running. The GM plays a pivotal role in our business. They are the culture carriers and the face of window cleaning in our community. We are looking for a business minded, hands-on leader that can help open and grow the Pink’s Franchise locations in Columbia, MD and Annapolis, MD. Whether you’re a seasoned General Manager in the hospitality industry or a recent graduate looking for a dynamic leadership opportunity this role is for you. This is an exciting opportunity that blends business development, management and sales and is not your boring behind the desk job.

Responsibilities
- Handle scheduling, direct client communication, including phone, text, and email.
- Estimate projects.
- Send out quotes and accompany potential clients on property inspections.
- Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers.
- Once a client accepts, schedule the job.
- Lead a team of window technicians inclusive of hiring, scheduling and managing performance.
- Follow-ups with clients post-service for quality assurance.
- Build strategic relationships with homeowners, restaurant managers, and local businesses.
- Network and work to expand Pink’s operational outreach in the Columbia and or Annapolis areas.
- Ensure safety compliance in van operations and on site projects.
- Inventory management, including soap, towels, and equipment.
- Hands-on leadership is a must with the ability to jump in and help the grew get the work done.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and leadership experience.
- Hospitality experience or associates and undergraduate degree is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and customer responsiveness.
- Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated.
- Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.
- Ability to lift over 15lbs, move up and down ladders and clean windows.
