Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must meet the state of Michigan certification requirements to teach at the Secondary level (BA Certification Required), Grades 6-12.
• Must demonstrate the ability to connect with students and engage them in learning. 
• Must demonstrate ability to assess, plan, and implement instruction. 
• Maintains a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment conducive to student success.

Starting salary range: 
Per the Master Agreement between the Beal City Public Schools Board of Education and the Beal City Education Association. 
The salary schedule placement is determined by the college degree level and the number of years of teaching experience. Teachers with previous teaching experience will receive steps on the schedule for each year of experience up to 10 years. Schedule B (e.g., coaching) opportunities are available on our website. 

Starting Date: Immediate
