Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional support and assistance to customers, ensuring high-quality care and excellent service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle incoming calls from patients and customers, ensuring timely and thorough issue resolution.
• Maintain a calm, patient, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Actively listen to customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a broad understanding of client services, healthcare procedures, and patient care protocols.
• Accurately document and update customer records in the call tracking database.
• Ensure all service interactions meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality standards.
• Provide additional guidance or services as needed to support patient well-being.
• Participate in team activities and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – required.
• 1–3 years of clinical or telehealth experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with electronic record systems and call-tracking databases.
