About This Role
We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Specialist to lead and grow Multimodal’s voice across LinkedIn—our most strategic platform for B2B engagement—while supporting our community presence on other channels such as X.
You’ll be the storyteller who turns our technology, insights, and customer success into compelling, high-performing LinkedIn content that drives brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation.
This is a high-impact, creative role at the intersection of marketing, AI, and enterprise storytelling—ideal for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments.
Responsibilities
LinkedIn Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Own the LinkedIn content strategy and calendar, posting multiple times per week with high-quality, engaging content (posts, carousels, short videos, and thought-leadership pieces).
- Craft compelling narratives that make AI concepts—like agents, LLMs, and workflow automation—accessible and exciting for enterprise audiences.
- Partner with leadership and product teams to translate technical insights into audience-friendly storytelling.
- Manage and grow Multimodal’s company page and executive LinkedIn profiles, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze engagement trends to continuously optimize for reach, resonance, and conversion.
Content Creation & Management
- Write and edit posts, articles, and short-form video scripts tailored to B2B decision-makers.
- Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to produce visually compelling content.
- Maintain a steady drumbeat of insights, product news, and thought leadership.
Community & Engagement
- Build relationships with AI, enterprise tech, and automation influencers.
- Proactively engage in industry discussions to increase brand visibility.
- Manage inbound engagement—responding to comments and messages in brand voice.
Analytics & Growth
- Define and report on key metrics (impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR).
- Deliver monthly analytics reports and actionable insights.
- Experiment with new post formats, hashtags, and paid campaigns to accelerate growth.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing LinkedIn strategy and content for a B2B tech or AI-focused company.
- Demonstrated success building brand presence and engagement on LinkedIn.
- Excellent copywriting skills—able to simplify complex, technical topics with flair.
- Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Sprout, or Shield Analytics.
- Strong understanding of social storytelling, voice, and timing.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience producing or editing short-form videos for social.
- Knowledge of the AI ecosystem, particularly LLMs, agents, and enterprise AI tools.
- Familiarity with SEO and content performance optimization.
