Training & Development Intern

As a Training & Development Intern, you will work alongside a team of training specialists to enhance our organizational initiatives by curating and executing various professional development opportunities for both sales and customer success. 

 

Why This Role Is Exciting:
You will help create training materials, manage onboarding processes, and support summer credentialing efforts. Additionally, you’ll support the planning of our National Sales Meeting and help with various project management tasks. Your collaboration with internal teams and leadership will be crucial in driving impactful training and event outcomes.

 

This is a 10-week summer internship from June 8th – August 21st and is a remote internship. Candidates need to currently be pursuing a degree within the United States.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with various tasks and deliverables needed for the National Sales Meeting.
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs, including preparation of materials, scheduling, and participant communications.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth training event operations.
  • Help with post-event reporting and evaluations to measure success and identify improvements.
  • Contribute to project management tasks, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Manage training materials in Training LMS (Cornerstone).
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Special projects for CSO and Sales leadership team.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient with technology.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with event planning or training & development is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Ability to travel as needed

The pay range for this position is between $18-$20/hour. However, the pay offered may vary depending on degree pursuing, knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
