Reels & Instagram Video Content Edtior (Part-Time)

Pop Base is looking for a Reels and Instagram Video Content Editor to help shape short-form content that lives at the intersection of pop culture, music, and social media. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, takes direction well, and understands how to make moments feel timely, relevant, and on-brand.

You’ll work on editing social-first videos, whether it be interview clips, street-style moments, and other pop culture-driven content, with a focus on sharp pacing, strong visuals, and storytelling that fits each platform. The role requires quick turnarounds, attention to detail, and openness to feedback while keeping everything aligned with the Pop Base voice and aesthetic.

Qualifications:

Strong sense of pop culture, trending moments, and meme culture

Experience editing Reels/TikToks with engaging pacing and flow

Familiarity with street-style and interview-style editing

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Desktop, or Final Cut Pro

Ability to brand and package content to fit Pop Base’s visual tone

Comfortable with light sound design, zooms, and text integration

Reliable under quick deadlines with organized file delivery

Open to two feedback rounds per project

Understands confidentiality and discretion with unreleased content

Driven, ambitious, and proactive with creative problem-solving

Collaborative mindset with a can-do attitude
