Community Growth Lead

We’re seeking a visionary to build a strong community here in NYC. This is a high-leverage role: you’ll set the strategy, lead our ambassadors, and directly influence the successful GTM our brand depends on. You’ll work closely with the COO to scale from the early rounds onward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design distribution playbooks: identify and test acquisition levers(content, community, influencers, B2C partnerships, ambassador programs, and viral loops).
  • Drive sales enablement: create collateral, case studies, and narratives that equip teams and partners to convert awareness into adoption.
  • Analyze market feedback: track performance across campaigns and funnels; translate insights into refined messaging and growth experiments.
  • Own partner and community growth: forge relationships with creators, thought leaders, and institutions that accelerate distribution and brand credibility.
  • Budget and resource management: prioritize ROI initiatives; allocate spend and team capacity across short- and long-term goals.
