Position Title: Navy Dental Officer (Direct Accession)

Eligible Applicants: 4th-Year Dental Students (D4) and Recent Graduates (DDS/DMD)
Overview:
Serve your country while practicing world-class dentistry. The U.S. Navy Dental Corps offers a unique opportunity for dental professionals to provide comprehensive oral healthcare to Sailors, Marines, and their families around the world. Through the Direct Accession Program, fourth-year dental students and recent graduates can commission as active-duty Navy Dental Officers upon earning their degree and passing licensing requirements.

Commission as a Navy Lieutenant (O-3) upon entry

Eligibility Requirements:
U.S. Citizen
Enrolled in or recently graduated from an ADA-accredited dental school (DDS or DMD)
Physically qualified for commission as a Naval Officer
Must obtain dental licensure prior to commissioning
