2025-2026 Anticipated Opening, Middle School Instructional VILS Coach for Technology

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid New Jersey instructional certificate with a minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
  • Previous experience as an Instructional Coach is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of New Jersey Student Learning Standards for Technology.
  • Demonstrated background and experience in innovative teaching practices and building student aspirations.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and pedagogy and the relation to technology integration.
  • Skilled in instructional data analysis to support instructional decisions.
  • Displays a student-centered learning philosophy, creative problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an eagerness to take a leadership role.
