Precision HR Solutions is partnered with many school districts in western Pennsylvania and looking for "Building Substitute Teachers," "Day-to-day Substitute Teachers" and several “Long-term Substitute Teachers” to assist with continuity of instruction for the 2025 - 2026 school year. 

From the experienced teacher to the new student teacher grad, these are great opportunities providing you with valuable, practical experience to build your resumes as you journey through the first steps of your new career! If you haven't secured the opportunity you were looking for or you're a student teacher getting close to graduation and your first teaching job, we have plenty of options for you to consider until you secure the full-time or contract opportunity you are looking for. 

Our western PA school district partners include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ambridge Area; South Allegheny; Riverview
• Brentwood Borough; Sharpsville Area; West Mifflin
• Cornell; Farrell Area; Westmoreland Intermediate Unit

Pay rates range from $110/day - $150/day, depending on the district and the specific opportunities available at each.
