About Caveonix
Caveonix is building the next-generation continuous cyber controls platform for Fortune 500s and government agencies.
Our mission: 100% compliance, 100% of the time — by making control automation, validation, and monitoring simple, visual, and intelligent.
We’re looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to turn complex GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) workflows into clean, intuitive, and lovable experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of design — from discovery and user research to stakeholder workshops.
- Map user journeys, define personas, and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes.
- Design functional, beautiful interfaces in Figma and “vibe-code” interactive prototypes.
- Run user tests — interviews, surveys, 5-second tests, tree tests, A/B tests, and remote sessions.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ship world-class experiences.
- Bonus: apply your understanding of cybersecurity controls or GRC systems.
What You Bring
- 1–5 years of end-to-end UX/UI experience in SaaS or enterprise products.
- Strong skills in research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Expert in Figma and/or vibe coding, with working knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research tools.
- Ability to synthesize insights quickly and communicate design decisions clearly.
You’ll Thrive If You
- Love transforming user insights into elegant, usable interfaces.
- Enjoy running sprints, workshops, and testing ideas fast.
- Thrive in a startup with extreme ownership and autonomy (you’ll be the only designer).
- Value simplicity, trust, and design that delivers measurable impact.
