Sales & Customer Success Intern

We’re seeking a Sales & Customer Success Intern to join our team part-time. You’ll work directly with the founding team on both partner pipeline development and customer-facing initiatives that help deliver a seamless experience for schools, counselors, and students on the Loper platform.

This role is estimated at 10–15 hours per week and is ideal for current students.

 

Responsibilities

Sales

  • Gather and organize contact information for priority outbound leads
  • Conduct market research as Loper expands its partner network beyond 4-year colleges
  • Support written and verbal outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn
  • Help manage inbound interest and support lead tracking through CRM tools

Customer Success

  • Follow clear processes and SOPs to create and manage content for partner schools on Loper’s mobile app (e.g., profile pages, deadlines, campus highlights, and interactive features)
  • Ensure partner content is accurate, engaging, and published on schedule
  • Support onboarding tasks for new partners to set them up for success on the platform

 

Role Duration & Compensation

  • Initial 2-month commitment, with the opportunity to extend for 2 additional months depending on performance
  • $500-$1,000/month stipend (depending on the candidate's experience)

  • Quick learner who can follow structured processes accurately
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback

Preferred Experience

  • Comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot
  • (Bonus) Experience in content management or customer support

Hiring Process

  • 20-minute intro conversation with Loper’s CEO or COO
  • Offline contact collection task (1–2 hours max) to measure candidate role alignment
  • 30-minute meeting with Loper team to review the task and discuss interest + fit with the role
