Associate Project Manager -Business Development

Location: In-office, Monday - Friday
Office Location: Manhattan Beach, California

As an Associate Project Manager - Business Development and Campaign  Management, you’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign business development operations, vendor communications, and vendor coordination.

Business Development:

  • Prospect and onboard new store vendors for media placements
  • Sell available inventory to new and existing clients
  • Create and present proposals tailored to client goals
  • Negotiate contracts and campaign extensions
  • Support accounts receivable and client billing follow-up
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversion metric

Client Success and Campaign Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for live and pending campaigns
  • Share campaign kickoff reports and performance dashboards
  • Assign store assets to campaigns and manage timelines
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and updates
     

Production & Vendor Coordination:

  • Coordinate artwork proofing, print orders, and installations
  • Communicate with installers and store vendors to ensure timely execution
  • Collect proof-of-posting photos and manage campaign documentation
  • Hire and manage market helpers for monthly media audits
  • Oversee vendor payments and onboarding
