Social Media Internship

We are seeking a motivated self-starter that can become a rockstar Social Media Intern working along a cast of marketing and content professionals at the FL team. This role is ideal for students or early professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management, sports marketing, and digital branding.


 

As a Social Media Intern, you’ll work directly with our leadership team to create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Fantasyloser.com. You’ll also assist in developing strategies to grow engagement, increase brand awareness, and strengthen community interaction.


Key Responsibilities:


 

  • Assist in content creation (graphics, short-form videos, captions, memes, polls).
  • Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and followers to build community.
  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and fantasy sports news to keep content relevant.
  • Track performance metrics and help with weekly social media reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative campaigns and promotions.
  • Support the rollout of new products, partnerships, and brand initiatives.


 

Qualifications:


 

  • Strong interest in sports, fantasy sports, and social media culture.
  • Basic experience with Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written communication skills with a creative, witty voice.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, sports management, or related fields (preferred but not required).




 

Compensation:


 

This is an unpaid, temporary internship. Academic credit may be available depending on school requirements.
