Expected Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and executing sponsor-related activities at volleyball, football, basketball, baseball, and softball games.
- Support partner activations and fan engagement through giveaways and sponsor promotions
- Track and organize sponsorship benefits in Excel, SponsorCX, and other databases
- Capture event photos and help document fulfillment for APSU partners
- Contribute to brainstorming and delivering creative sponsor and fan experiences

- Creativity in developing new sponsor activations and fan engagement ideas
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize during fast-paced events
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn sponsorship tracking tools (e.g., SponsorCX)
- Attention to detail in documenting event activations and partnership fulfillment
Minimum Requirements
- Must be available to work athletic events, including nights and weekends, on a rotating schedule
- Interest in or knowledge of NCAA Division I Athletics preferred
- Seeking students motivated to pursue a career in sports marketing, sponsorship, or related fields
