This is an entry-level position designed to introduce you to the financial services and insurance industry from the ground up. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive virtual training and ongoing mentorship. You can start part-time as you learn and grow into a full-time career with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Participate in virtual training and mentorship sessions
- Meet with individuals and families via Zoom to explore financial protection and planning options
- Work with warm leads generated through social media and marketing efforts
- Develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, and financial literacy
- Collaborate with a motivated, team-oriented group of professionals
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older with a valid Social Security Number or ITIN
- Must pass a background check
- Self-driven, accountable, and eager to grow
- Team player with a strong sense of integrity and a competitive spirit
- Previous experience in sports, leadership, or sales is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- 100% commission-based (1099 independent contractor)
- Average commission per policy: $500–$700
- Commissions paid twice weekly
- Top performers typically close 2–5 policies per week once trained
- State insurance license sponsored at no cost after completing training
