We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a creative, motivated Digital Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team.
Role Overview
As a Digital Sales and Marketing Associate, you will help drive growth by promoting our community marketplace / www.sparework.net / and international calling telecom applications / www.famtok.net / through digital and direct marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, sales strategy, and tech-based community engagement while earning high commission, up to 30% of their sales.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels.
Promote and drive user engagement and sales for our marketplace and communication platforms.
Identify new marketing opportunities, partners, and customer leads.
Create of digital content (graphics, videos, posts, and promotional materials).
Collaborate with the sales team to manage leads, CRM updates, and reporting.
Collect feedback and analyze campaign performance to help refine strategy.
Participate in online outreach, community engagement, and promotional events.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, Business, or related field.
Passion for digital marketing, technology, and community-based innovation.
Basic understanding of social media tools, Google Ads, and/or email marketing.
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and proactive — able to work independently and meet goals.
What We Offer
