Position Overview

As a Restaurant Outreach Representative, you’ll meet with restaurant owners and managers around Colorado Springs, introduce our product, and document key details from each visit. This is a hands-on role perfect for students interested in sales, marketing, or the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

Visit nearby restaurants to explain Mr. Menu’s dine-in and online ordering tools

Build relationships with owners, managers, and staff

Keep accurate notes and complete conversation tracking forms

Share feedback and opportunities with the Mr. Menu team

Qualifications

Current UCCS student (undergraduate or graduate)

Some experience in restaurants, hospitality, or sales preferred

Outgoing and professional communication skills

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Must be comfortable talking to business owners in person

Compensation

💰 $15/hour + Commission for each restaurant location activated

Flexible hours (approximately 20 hours per week)

Potential for performance-based bonuses

Duration

Ongoing position — flexible around academic schedule. Students may continue through multiple semesters if desired.
