As the Executive Assistant, you will be the key support to our leadership team, ensuring that all business-related tasks and projects are executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track projects and tasks for the team, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.
- Organize and maintain the team's calendars, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and events are scheduled with precision.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items to ensure accountability across the team.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes.
- Maintain project management systems to provide transparency and ensure cross-team collaboration.
- Ensure all client communications and interactions are handled professionally and align with PREMIĒR values.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and manage ongoing projects to ensure they align with company goals.
- Regularly update the team on project status, potential risks, and necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in project management and executive support roles.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Ability to design and maintain systems and SOPs for project management and task coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, including discretion, adaptability, and professionalism.
- Experience with project management software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the team and take proactive steps to support their goals.
