Digital Content Intern

 Digital Content Management Intern (Onsite / Hybrid) 

Location: Montclair, New Jersey 
Schedule: 2 days per week, minimum 5 hours per day 
Type: Unpaid Internship — Academic credit eligible (if applicable) 
Reports to: Senior Content Manager, Technical Director and COO

Our team manages everything from creative scheduling to technical diagnostics, ensuring flawless playback and top-tier campaign execution. 

This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the digital advertising and media operations industry — ideal for marketing students or recent graduates looking to gain experience in digital marketing, ad operations, campaign management, and client communications

 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Assist with scheduling, posting, and removal of creative content across Pearl’s digital networks. 
  • Learn and utilize industry-standard scheduling and ad-serving platforms including Vistar, Broadsign, and Si9n
  • Support daily operations by helping monitor playback, track live campaigns, and ensure creative deliveries meet network specifications. 
  • Interface with agencies and property managers via email and phone to confirm campaign details and Proof of Performance (POP) deliverables. 
  • Coordinate with photographers for POP photos of digital postings. 
  • Maintain organized records of campaign activity, creative schedules, and digital inventory. 

 

Skills & Requirements 

  • Current college Senior (Class of 2026) or recent graduate.  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). 
  • Reliable mode of transportation to the office (minimum 2 days per week in office). 
  • Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per day, 2-3 days a week, on a consistent schedule.
