Occupational Therapist

The Parent Child Development Center Wai`anae is seeking a part-time Hawaii licensed OT to provide Early Intervention (EI) services to families with infants and toddlers (0-35 months) with developmental delay in the Waianae community. OT must be available to provide in-person services and attend virtual sessions/meetings.
The OT will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing services using Primary Service Provider model and coaching approach to work with families in the home setting.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct evaluations and write reports
- Assist team with plan development
- Provide consultations and coaching to families and other team members
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings
Requirements:
- Current Hawaii State OT License
- Access to a car daily and proof of insurance
- Driver's license
